We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone numbers of your contacts) and usage data (messages sent, session activity, API calls) to operate and improve the service.
Your data is used to provide the Uno SAP service, process payments, send service notifications, and improve features. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Outbound message records (recipient phone number, message body, timestamp, delivery status) are stored to provide message history via the API. This data belongs to you and can be deleted at any time by removing your account.
WhatsApp session credentials (auth state) are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and stored in Cloudflare R2. Encryption keys are never stored alongside the encrypted data.
We share data with: Flutterwave (payment processing), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and our database provider. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.
Account data is retained while your account is active. Message history is retained for 90 days by default. You may request deletion at any time.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us at the email below to exercise these rights.
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
