By accessing or using Uno SAP, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the service.
Uno SAP may only be used for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform to send spam, harass individuals, or violate WhatsApp's terms of service. You are responsible for all content sent through your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Payments are processed via Flutterwave. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice for egregious violations.
Uno SAP is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
